今日「Your internet access is going to get suspended」タイトルでICS Monitoring Teamという差出人からメールが届きました。内容は下記のようなものです。これにそれらしい添付ファイルが付属。

Your internet access is going to get suspended

The Internet Service Provider Consorcium was made to protect the rights of software authors, artists.
We conduct regular wiretapping on our networks, to monitor criminal acts.

We are aware of your illegal activities on the internet wich were originating from

You can check the report of your activities in the past 6 month that we have attached. We strongly advise you to stop your activities regarding the illegal downloading of copyrighted material of your internet access will be suspended.

要は
「あんたのインターネットへのアクセスは中止されます。　ウンヌンカンヌン　それで過去6ヶ月のあんたの行動を添付したレポートでチェックするのを強くお勧めする　ウンヌンカンヌン　」

で添付ファイルはウイルス入り　というウイルスメールでした。

ICS Monitoring Teamなんて存在しませんし、プロバイダーの協力無しにアクセスを止めることなど技術的にも法律的にも通常は不可能です。中途半端に詳しい方は逆に、引っ掛かって疑問を持ちながらも添付ファイルを開けそうですが、そんなことはしないよう気をつけましょう。即削除です。

それにしても次から次に出てきますね。本当に気をつけましょう。
